Addressing Our Life.

So…shall we start the work from inside to out, or work our way from the outside to deep in? In our context, the *SEL context, we believe that anything that needs to be “addressed of life ” is mostly invisible and hence buried deep and therefore addressing those will require working from the inside to the out. Hope this made sense 🙂 *Social Emotional Learning

And what exactly in life are we planning to address? Tired mind, a more tired body…poor skin….frail hair….shallow conversations…no time for self, for family or peer…stress, stress and stress….exploding emotions…depressing quotes on social media….pressure to perform(everywhere)….phewwwwwww!!!

The tool is SIMPLE BUT INVISIBLE, it is about the self yet not selfish, it is sharp yet wont hurt. It is in SELF AWARENESS AND SELF REFLECTION.

Like the invisible deep roots of a plant give tremendous strength to the stem to stand tall and flourish,it is our deep reflection about OURSELVES that will help us stand tall,healthy and unshaken in the present. And by the way, the present is all that matters 🙂

A deep honest and brutal analysis of ourselves will tell us that all our current issues have direct connect with unresolved issues from our past….sometimes our deep past.

An Algorithm That Works

  1. Anything unresolved of the past has to be forgotten and that is the ONLY way it gets resolved. You cannot do anything about your past.

  2. Well….stressing out for the future doesn’t help either, does it!(Isnt that what Corona taught us???).

  3. An unbiased 24 hours that Nature brings you everyday….PLAN THAT!

  4. Wake up early, cook and eat healthy, spend as much time with the ones who love you(that’s the only way you can love them back).

  5. Keep strict work timings(nothing will collapse if you logout on time.But your family and health will if you don’t.)

  6. Don’t plan too much into the future,dont peep too much into the past. NEITHER OF IT IS IN YOUR CONTROL

  7. Do one activity everyday outside the laptop and mobile. This will change your life 🙂

So address your life with this simple algorithm and see the difference.But if you still feel that the emails , work calls and past grudges are more important than the present time, smiles and hugs…. then….just forget it 😉
