SELF HELP GROUP

HEAL Foundation initiated its first SHG (Self Help Group) for income-less and struggling women of Chennai , in March 2020. The agenda of the SHG is to provide skill, income and self confidence to the women members who with their own hard-work and willingness to learn are progressing positively with the SHG. The women are trained adequately in the skill chosen and are then provided with raw materials for creation of the product. The foundation markets these products in the open market as well as with corporate companies and handover the profit share to the members.

HEAL SHG also initiated its Hyderabad chapter in June 2022.
